Golf carts will have drive-up access with parking available at the top of the marina. However, only slips on A & J Dock will have full golf cart access directly to the slips.

Yes, if you lease a slip or if you store your boat with Hidden Cove Marina, you can transfer without penalty of leaving a contract since it is Suntex to Suntex – being a slip tenant of Hidden Cove Marina places you at the top part of the priority list for securing a slip at The Tribute.

Deck build-outs can be constructed for you, which you can pay for with a one-time fee and own. There is also an option to lease a deck, with the cost added to your rent. Slip owners are not allowed to build their own decks. If you want a deck, you can either pay a one-time fee for the marina to build it or have a contractor build it, following approval. Up to 50% of a slip can be decked in compliance with Army Corps of Engineers regulations.

The marina has a total of 801 slips. Phase I includes 399 leasable slips, with sizes ranging from 12’ x 24’ to 18’ x 60’. This phase will also feature a floating marina store, fuel dock, boat club/ rental slips, boat sales/broker services, and restrooms. In Phase 11a, n additional 402 slips will be constructed, including 16’ x 40’ uncovered slips specifically designed for sailboats.

There will be an in-water boat brokerage. We have dedicated 22 slips specifically for boat sales, providing a convenient location for viewing and purchasing boats. While details on specific brands and models are still being finalized, we encourage you to check back with us for updates as we get closer to launching this service.

There will be a deli option in the ship store. The Tribute will have a selection of delicious sandwiches, salads, and quick snacks, making it easy to grab something to eat without leaving the marina. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase.
